
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, COAS & CDF, warmly hosted Pakistan’s Under-19 cricket team at General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on Monday, according to an official statement by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
During the meeting, the Field Marshal extended heartfelt congratulations to the players, coaching staff, and officials for their remarkable performance and historic victory in the Asia Cup Men’s U-19 final against India. He praised the team’s discipline, teamwork, and relentless fighting spirit, describing their achievement as a source of immense pride for the nation.
