Zong has announced a strategic partnership with Samsung to introduce the highly anticipated Galaxy S26 Series in Pakistan. The collaboration is designed to expand access to 5G-ready smartphones and strengthen the country’s evolving digital ecosystem ahead of the device’s official launch window in February 2026.

Through this alliance, Zong customers will benefit from exclusive prebooking opportunities, bundled offers, and a structured trade-in program for Samsung handsets at selected Zong Customer Service Centers (CSCs) nationwide. The initiative reflects a shared vision to accelerate 5G device penetration and make next-generation connectivity more accessible to Pakistani consumers.

As Pakistan prepares for broader 5G adoption, smartphone penetration continues to grow. However, access to premium and 5G-enabled devices remains a key factor in driving meaningful digital transformation. By combining Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S26 technology with Zong’s nationwide retail and digital infrastructure, both companies aim to bridge this gap and encourage wider participation in the digital economy.

Speaking at the Zong x Samsung Management Connect, Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing at Zong, emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership. He noted that ensuring advanced technology is accessible and affordable is critical as Pakistan moves closer to 5G readiness. He added that integrating Samsung’s latest devices across Zong’s retail outlets and digital platforms, alongside exclusive bundles and trade-in programs, will empower more customers to embrace next-generation connectivity.

A key highlight of the collaboration is the launch of Samsung Shop-in-Shop experience zones at selected Zong CSCs, starting from Islamabad. These interactive spaces allow customers to explore and test the Galaxy S26 Series through live demonstrations and guided purchase journeys. The initiative redefines telecom retail touchpoints by blending device experience with network services under one roof.

In addition, Zong is introducing what it describes as Pakistan’s first operational trade-in mechanism for Samsung devices within telecom service centers. This structured system will enable customers to upgrade to the Galaxy S26 Series in a seamless and cost-effective manner, further enhancing affordability.

The partnership also extends to digital channels. Samsung handsets will be integrated into the My Zong App (MZA), offering customers the ability to browse, prebook, and engage with the Galaxy S26 Series online. This streamlined digital journey ensures nationwide availability aligned with the February 2026 launch timeline.

With this collaboration, Zong reinforces its commitment to building a future-ready digital ecosystem in Pakistan. By aligning premium smartphone innovation with robust telecom infrastructure, Zong and Samsung aim to unlock new opportunities for connectivity, growth, and technological advancement across the country.
