The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially revealed the design for the redeveloped National Stadium Karachi, marking a major milestone in the country’s cricket infrastructure. Backed by a Rs. 4 billion development plan, the stadium is set to undergo a state-of-the-art transformation to meet modern international standards.

PCB has partnered with the National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) for the construction of the new stadium enclosure. The project focuses on enhancing the match-day experience for players, broadcasters, and fans, offering upgraded facilities, better seating, and advanced technological features.

The redesign reflects PCB’s commitment to providing world-class cricket venues in Pakistan, ensuring that the iconic Karachi stadium retains its status as a premier international cricketing hub while delivering a modern, comfortable, and safe environment for all attendees.

The upgraded stadium is expected to host international matches, domestic tournaments, and large-scale cricketing events, strengthening Karachi’s position on the global cricket map. PCB officials highlighted that the project aligns with their broader vision of developing high-quality sports infrastructure across the country.
